Returns/Refunds Policy

Please be careful when selecting items in your cart. Refunds for your errors/changes to order will be made before shipping/processing with a 5% credit card processing fee charge. Website credits in full for use on other items on our website may be offered to avoid any fee charges. If orders have been pulled and packed and changes need to be made a 10% order total change fee may be added or deducted from payment.  Items returned after shipping that are not defective could have a 10% restocking fee and forfeiture of free shipping if it takes the total below free shipping qualification total. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer. Please email us pictures of any damage to items, including images of packaging. Thank you.
