Website credits in full for use on other items on our website may be offered to avoid any fee charges. If orders have been pulled and packed and changes need to be made a 10% order total change fee may be added or deducted from payment. Items returned within 30 days after shipping that are not defective could have up to a 25% restocking fee and forfeiture of free shipping if it takes the total below free shipping qualification total. No refunds are given after 30 days of shipping. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.
